PRIVACY POLICY
1. DATA PROCESSING.
In accordance with our transparency agreement and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and the rest of the applicable regulations in this matter, we advise you that the personal data that may be requested in our App "Vywap" will be incorporated into the files under the responsibility of Mr. Carlos Raez campos, owner of the application "Vywap" (hereinafter Vywap).
¿What kind of data do we collect?
Information and content you provide to us. We collect the content, communications and other data that you provide when you use our App, for example, when you register for an account, create or share content, and send messages to or communicate with other people. This information may correspond to data included in or related to the content you provide (for example, metadata), such as where a photo was taken or the date a file was created. It can also include content that we obtain from your terminal and for which you authorize us, such as your location or camera. We collect information about the people, pages, accounts, hashtags and groups that you are connected to and how you interact with them on our App. We use this data for purposes such as helping you and others find people you may know, as well as for the purposes indicated below.

We collect information about how you use our App, such as the types of content you view or interact with, the functions you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts you interact with, and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we record when you are using and when you last used our App, and what posts, videos, and other content you see on our App.
The activity of other users and the information they provide about you. We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide us when using our App. This data may include information about you, such as if other people share or comment on a photo of you, send you a message or upload, synchronize or import your contact information.
How do we use this information?
These data will be used for the following purposes:

Modification of these privacy policies.
Vywap reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence that may occur. In these cases, Vywap will announce in this section the changes introduced with reasonable anticipation of their implementation and we will send you a notification before making said changes so that you can review the modifications and decide if you want to continue using our App.
Confidentiality and elimination of personal data.
Vywap ensures the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data collected and, in any case, Vywap undertakes to cancel the personal data collected when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected.
In any case, said data may be stored for an indefinite period for historical purposes and for the realization of commercial and statistical profiles, in which case the data will be used in a dissociated manner to preserve the integrity of the owner thereof.
2. COMMUNICATIONS OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.
Vywap will only share your data with the following people and for the following reasons:
For the fulfillment of a legal obligation or a police requirement.
It is necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of your request, in which case you will be previously informed of said assignment.
To share your information with other people or accounts in Vywap, according to the specifications that you have indicated in your user profile. In this regard, it should be noted that there will be information such as the profile photograph or the username that will be shared with all Vywap users to facilitate interrelation and the search for people or groups of interest, the ultimate object of our App.
Content that others share and re-share about you. All the information that you post can be shared by your followers, so this information can reach a large number of Vywap users.
Information about your “Active” status or your presence in our App. There are signs that tell people who are part of your networks if you are active in our Products or when was the last time you used our Products.
Advertisers. We provide advertisers with reports to tell them what types of people see their ads and what results they generate. However, unless you give us permission to do so, we do not share information that personally identifies you, such as your name or email address, data that can be used to contact you or that can reveal your identity. We provide advertisers with general demographic data and interest information (for example, that a 25-34 year old woman living in Madrid who is interested in software engineering has seen your ad). This data is intended to help you better understand your audience.
Service providers. We provide information and content to service providers that help us to continue our business. These providers are dedicated to offering technical infrastructure services, analyzing the use of our App, consulting, legal, marketing, communication, etc.
New owner. If ownership or control of all or part of our App or its assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Personal data will also be shared with whom the user has given their prior and informed consent, both regarding the identity or category of the third-party assignees and the type of data subject to the transfer, by marking a box on the forms themselves or App tools in which your data is collected
3. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS.
In any of the electronic forms, your express consent may be requested to be able to send you commercial communications by any means, including email or equivalent electronic means of communication, in accordance with the provisions of article 21 LSSI.
4. SECURITY MEASURES.
Vywap adopts the security levels required by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 13, appropriate to the nature of the data that is being processed at all times. However, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be malicious actions by third parties, although Vywap uses all the means at its disposal to avoid such actions.
5. RIGHTS.
The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and, where appropriate, opposition by sending a request to the email address privacy@vywap.app or in writing, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID addressed to "Vywap", to the address: Av. Blasco Ibañez, 114 pta. 35, 46022, Valencia (Spain), and, if you consider that the processing of personal data does not comply with current regulations, you also have the right to file a claim with the Control Authority (in Spain the Spanish Agency for Data Protection) , from one of the following routes:
